I always have bags under my eyes. Some days are worse than others obviously because when I am tired, they look worse. But even when I'm not tired I have them. Its probably hereditary since my sisters have them too. But I'm wondering if there is ANYTHING that can fix it besides cover-up makeup?

I've heard the same thing about the preperation h cream - sounds weird I know, but it's supposed to work. Drink more water, sliced cucumbers on your eyes.
