I try to feed my spirit with prayer and the word of God every day. Sometimes the spirit is hungry -- but God will feed it with the bread of life if you let him.

No, but it is 'fasting' tonight, because it's Lent ... so we are having macaroni and cheese for dinner, and will 'pray' as usual before we go to sleep tonight. How's your Spirit?
