If you really want to enjoy the drinking I wouldnt worry about calories. It is a buzz kill. Just cut out other calories throughout the day so you can drink as much as you want without worrying how many calories you are in-taking. Happy drinking!

The actual alcohol is most of the calories. However, regular beer has additional calories. My opinion is that light beer and hard liquor have about the same calories, about 100 per drink. Red wine seems to have slightly less calories (about 70). If you are drinking hard alcohol, make sure that you get it on the rocks or with a diet type mixer to avoid the sugar you would get by mixing with Coke or 7UP.

All alcohol is severe in energy. gentle beers = one hundred or so energy, ordinary beer = 2 hundred+ energy, and vodka = 80 energy/oz.. Plus, once you drink, you do not digest fat besides and also you've a tendency to achieve more beneficial weight. that's portion of the reason drinkers finally end up with severe blood stress, severe ldl cholesterol, and overweight.
