You know I don't really get along with my mom at times. I think you have to accept your mom for who she is and make rules. For example, I know I can only hang with my mom for 1 hour before she totally pisses me off, so I get her back home before time. I have also learned to be up front with her because sometimes they really need to hear how much they piss you off..of course in a respectful way. I think as you get older you will learn how to deal with her. It took me until I was 25. Good Luck!!

OH, I'm the mom and my 28 and 30 don't get along with me, but there are ever so many factors. Age is usually the first, but with mine is that they have their father's genes, they are laid back, I am not. If it has been on ongoing thing, it is probably personality. Go online and take $5 Myers and Briggs test and it will open new windows to understanding others

Probably because you're a teenager & most teenagers go through phases where they don't get along with their parents. Try talking to her & try to understand each other.
