the answer is simple... it has sweetner in it... sugars... and salt... That means yes it does dehydrayte

that minute maid stuff probabally would, but go down the street to some little kid's lemonade stand, and try that stuff, cuz its soooo much better.

i wouldn't say that it completely dehydrates you but it doesnt quench your thirst. It has wayyyy to much sugar which absorbs water in your body just making you thirstier.
