this is how i eat


i dont eat anything all day until 3:00 and then i eat like 3500 calories at once and then by 4:30 i dont eat anything else and i go to bed.

i even tried to stop by walking for an hour wen i got home, but i still binged wen i got back from walking and i thought excercise decreased your appetite???

dont wait so long in between eating. then you wont get so hungry

No exercise will increase your appetite. If you're trying to lose weight, eat a little bit throughout the day with the biggest meals in the beginning of the day (i.e. breakfast). Eating 3500 calories at one sitting is not healthy because your insulin levels will go through the roof. Figure out how many calories you need to sustain your weight and cut it by 500 calories per day. Eat lots of veggies and fruits because they are low in calories but will make you feel fuller (just don't drizzle them in butter or anything or it'll just have as much fat as other foods).

fix yourself 3 or 4 meals per day. prepare them when you are not hungry, eg right after a meal. make sure they are fixed amounts- otherwise the sandwitches get bigger and thicker, then it's "2 small ones instead of 1 big one"- then the small ones get bigger...
there is no way to stop you from binging- you can only do it yourself. when really hungry I drink a cup of yoghurt- then I just don't eat. It's all in the brain.

NEVER eat just before going to sleep. All the calories stay in you and get converted to fat- then getting rid of them is more difficult. Eat at least 5 hours before going to bed- no sugar in drinks, no "bites" and NO CHEATING!

I lost 15 kilos so far- in 2 months. Still lots to go, but I'm on the downslope and I'm staying there.

a dietition will even tell you that the best meal of the day is breakfast=try it out cant hurt=take an energy bar with you to school so you can eat it about 2 pm=this should help curb the urge to eat every food in sight when you get home =good luck

My situation is a little similar to yours-I wait to eat, then at about 2 or 3, munch like crazy----I have found that eating a large breakfast and make sure to eat lunch and dinner, I do great

you can stop binging by eating correctly. you need to spread your food intake out through out the day. that way you won't gorge on a ton of food in one sitting. don't skip breakfast or lunch. make sure you eat healthy meals. continue exercising on top of this, and you are on your way to a very healthy life style.

dont eat lots all at once, i used to do that and put on loads of weight! umm keep yourself busy and try to lower your calorie intake per day if u can. try those museli bars, low in fat and calories and are good 4 u! and fruit 2! hope this helps! :D

You need to eat once in the morning, once for lunch and once for dinner with healthy snacks in between. Eat small portions of foods
