My boyfriend and i broke up like two weeks ago i have not talked to him but last night he e-mailed me just a funny joke. Do you still think he wants to communicate or is he just e-mailing?????????/

It might be his way of trying to keep communication open but it could have also been a message that he simply fowarded to everyone in his address book.

He probably is just trying to get your attention. Please don't call or respond. You want him to maturely communicate with you. He'll wonder why you didn't respond and when he's ready he will call you and work things out or at least create room for a friendship if that's what you want.

you could always ask him or e-mail him back. There's no harm in being friends with him right? but if he does answer you like a jerk saying "what the &(^$!!!! Why are you takling to me?!?!" You could always say "Opps sorry, i e-mail the wrong person. " or "I didnt' e-mail u, my sister/brother/friend/cousin/etc.. did."

he is trying to cheer you up, realise that you are probably feeling a bit low after the break up, as he is, and he is letting you know he has not forgotten you and still thinks about you:)
