There is this guy and I have liked him for a long time even when I have a boyfriend...Is that wierd, I have not seen him for like 6 months...what should I do when I see him soon...

Give him a nice big hug and tell him you are soooo happy to see him. Invite him to hang out with you in a group and have a good conversation with him. If you feel like there is chemistry, just follow your heart and go with whoever you like better.

if you like some guy y are you with another guy well anyway all you can do is act like normal or you could tell him how you feel its a risk but the rewards of risk are great
