Because you're so overweight, even when you reach a normal weight you may not ever achieve a perfectly flat stomach because of the extra skin you have now. If you are able to get it, you'll have to have some good genes and really work your body, you'll need a LOT of stamina and determination. Tae kwon do is a great start however. Maybe you need to pump up the activities more because your body has been used to it for those 7 years. Add more cardio, lift some weights, stretch, do crunches. It will take several months, maybe a year, maybe more, depending on your genes, but if you don't give up, you WILL get what you want.

You are only slightly overweight - no need to panic. You only need to reach 9 stone to be at the normal outer edge of what you should weight, and 8 stone to be totally average.
The exercise will definitely help. The routine you listed here will sort of top out at about 30 minutes of exercise a day, and includes both aerobic and anerobic exercises, which is good.
My tips are:
(1) Ramp up to the max you want to do - dont over-exert yourself at first - damaging yourself will only make you have to take a bed rest and lose any exercise results while lying in bed
(2) Make sure to drink whole or 2% milk - do not drink skim milk or 1% milk - the milkfat is essential to losing weight - have at least a glass or two a day
(3) Do not drink any diet sodas at all - do not have unnatural sugars - if you have something you want to sweeten, use normal cane sugar or brown sugar to do so
(4) Cut out anything with caffine in it - certain sodas, some candies and cakes, and of course coffee
(5) Add a half hour of relaxation meditation techniques to what you are doing a day - stress reduction is essential. Learn some breathing exercises - done correcty these help with the belly as well, and provides good airation for the body
(6) One day a week, fast for that whole day - for the main meals, drink only a glass of milk - supplement that day by taking vitamins during each mealtime - have small snacks inbetween mealtimes - fruits or something small - if you find you are too hungry as the day goes on, have a normal meal - dont force yourself
(7) Make sure you have Vitamins B complex, C, D, K, zinc, calcium, iron every day - these are essential toward weight loss and muscle and nerve health
(8) Do not drink excessive amounts of liquid - believe it or not, water is poisionous to you in extreme quantities, and it does not take much to reach that limit. Overdrinking liquids can lead to liquid toxication death in minutes after reaching your limit - and you will never know it.
(9) Try to have salads with each meal
That should about do it!
You should lose about 1/4 to 3/4 of a stone a week. Dont weight yourself more than once a week, it is not necessary! The daily weight loss is so small, you wont notice it properly unless you wait a full week.
As your body starts to shape up, you may find that your weight goes back up. At that point, you need to instead measure your bodyfat ratio and use that for the measurement of how your body is doing, because your weight is no longer valid for measuring your progress as muscle weighs more than fat.

I don't think that pull-ups will lead to "smaller" arms but you are on the right track. The trampoline could be a good cardio workout if you do it for 20 minutes or more with an increased heart rate. Also, you can vary your ab exercises for maximum effectiveness...sit ups, leg lifts, planks, etc. You want to vary the muscles you are working instead of doing the same thing every time.

I don't know how much 10stone is. But, if you want to shape a certain part of your body, you must work that part. 150 sit-ups is pretty good. Just make sure your form is good. Also, crunches, leg lifts, flutter kicks.
The most important thing would be a good diet. Notice I didn't say lose weight, but a good diet. Unless you are fat around your stomach, then yeah, you need to lose weight.

A good way to get abs and arm muscle and lose weight is to run/jog (and not on a treadmill). My roommate was in track and she told me if I wanted abs then I should run around the track. I tried it for a while and I after the second day, I DID start to feel that my abs were getting a work out. She also told me that if you want to lose weight, people should first use the track and then to tone yourself more, use the machines.

To achieve the flat or toned stomach, you need to do cardio to burn the fat and a variety (not just sit ups or crunches) of ab exercises.

Try some of the "tummy toning" workout routines there. And if you have hateful love handles, consider doing the no love for love handles workout routine. And if you want to kick it up a notch to abs, I recommend the Ab Boot Camp.
