If a plant is blown by the wind and has been beatin up by the wind also leaves have been damaged, whould that make the plant stronger or if not would it die?

Sounds like the trials of life and even the plant doesn't know if it will live or not.

if the root system is still in contact with the soil the plant live or else it will die due to all negative conditions described by u

Depends on the plant. If it doesn't die, it'll come back to life.
