that is a dum question. if i thought it was silly then i would say so, it is not a question about admitting or not. "a fool is the man who says in his heart there is no God." maybe you need to stop being a coward and admit the "idea" of God ISNT silly. i am offended that you would come about this the way you did. that is like if i took something you really cared about and asked you to admit it was silly. please be more respectful next time. thank you.

Christians arent the only ones that believe in a higher power. So will every believer need to admit this to you or just the Christians?? You're silly. That I can admit for sure.

Real Christians can't admit that God is silly because it isn't true. It's called FAITH, and the Bible says that the fool has said in his heart that there is no god. If you don't mind a little humor, I'd say to quit celebrating Dec. 25 which is set aside to honor the birth of Christ and celebrate on your own holiday.....April 1. Sorry, I just had to say it.

I also don't understand why people can't admit that the idea of all the universe errupting from a random and chaotic outburst of inexplicable energy (which cannot be created or destroyed according to what we know) suddenly formed an organized universe that doesn't fall in on itself. I don't see how this is more plausible than God, since it breaks the laws of physics.

Hey, I'm not the most spiritual guy in the world, but calling God silly is downright rude. A lot of people have changed their lives by accepting faith over nihilism. You really shouldn't provoke a response this way.

Why can't atheists admit the whole idea of a dead god is silly? Ours is a living God, yours is a dead god.

God isn't silly. God should be a part of everyones lives. Seek God and the best moments of your life are yet to come. how could you say the one who created such detailed organisms is silly. God is magnificent.

It's more logical to accept a creator than the idea that something sprang up out of nothing...
If you look at mount rushmore you could assume that errosion caused by wind and water coincidentally made it look like their were faces in the stone. It certainly would be possible but it isn't the most likely conclusion. It makes more sense to see those faces and admire the craftsmanship of the people who carved them.

Why cant everyone agree to disagree?
What does it matter what they believe in- just let them be. How does it effect you if they claim god is real? it shouldnt. You live your life, others live theirs- You have no right to tell someone else there opinions are silly or wrong..
have an open mind, we have a better chance of fixing the world that way
