or is it strictly your weight vs. height no matter if you're just more muscular?

BMI=weight divided by height squared. It is all based on weight to height ratio and does consider your body fat composition.

A percentage body fat measurement is more accurate. Even using a measuring tape will give you a better indication of your progress.

There is a range ov BMI for height and weight. It takes into account muscular vs flabby.

Nope, BMI is purely your weight versus your height. It doesn't take into account frame size or muscle mass. That's why it often misclassifies people as being underweight/overweight, when they are perfectly healthy.

If you want to know if you are healthy, have your body fat percentage tested. This will tell you for sure.

Just weight and height, not muscle. Its just a guide and isnt real effective. Go to your gym and ask them to use those calipers and do a real body fat measurement.

theres a difference between bmi and body fat.

I don't think it does, which is why body builders can get a BMI showing they are obese when they aren't. It's really just a guideline for average people with average, muscle/ fat ratios.

(answering on behalf of a guy) It relies upon on what the girl's physique sounds like. the two one could be attractive or grotesque..merely relies upon. by making use of the way, fat does not become muscle. So your objective could be impossible.
