the best way is to stay clean.. b ur case its to late .. u probobly do drugs.. so you would have to flush your system.. depending on how many days you have untill your test.. and also what drug your taking..
Possible ways:
1) if you have at least three days for first day and a half drink alot of beer... preferably quarts of beer.. drink like 4 in a row .. you will pee alot wich is what you want.. u want the alxhol to go throgh ur system and clean it out of the other drugs.. ive done this myself..
2) at a local gnc. or probobly cvs or maybe even publix. there are detox drinks which mask ur drugs.. that i belive u t ake 12 or 24 hours before the test..
3) have some one pee in a small bottle .. oviously u know who is clean for sure.. and u would have to stick it in your nuts.. because they may search you.. this only works if they dont stare at you when u pee.. and when u go to pee take it out and heat it up with a lighter .. probobly have to put one in ur nuts as well.. may sound strange.. but works.. because you cant give them cold pee.. there not stupid.. and soem tests check for temperature
4) STAY AWAY FROM DRUGS!!! go to a N.A meeting or go get help else where

If you use drug stop it now its really harmful if you athletes and you use a forbidden substance then you are cheating,how to beat a urine test drink a lot of water, take a diuretic tablet add lemon or vinegar to the urine

Refrain from ingesting the detectable substance for 30 days. If the company to which you are applying for employment states that they are a drug free enterprise, you are wasting your time attempting to be hired by them. They test without notice after you are employed, and you will have wasted your time, and get nothing for future references. If you wish to get ahead in employment, get clean. (I have no problems with mj for example or for any other drug legal or illegal. We in this country, are making big mistakes trying to stop drug use, when in fact most of the stuff is no more good or bad than cigarettes or alcohol. Fact is, if you are driving or committing a crime while under the influence of anything, your penalty ought to be identical... and we'd rid ourselves of drug lords, drug wars, and could just tax the hell out of the stuff, but that is a different problem......)

First of all, the science of drug testing gets more sophisticated and harder to fool every year.
Secondly, people who abet druggies put themselves and the rest of us in danger. As an employer I don't want a druggie working for me. I don't want impaired people on the road. (Normal drivers like me are scary enough!) Seriously, it's very dangerous. Recently there was a school bus driver in Kentucky who crashed, killing and maiming several children. She was found to be high on several drugs.
There is no room for drugs in the workplace.

Don't take drugs or eat poppy seeds. If you're trying to beat it, then you obviously have a reason to, and whomever needs this test will probably require another one in the future or surprise you with one. You should probably reevaluate your lifestyle and realize it will catch up with you.

Buddy, you are going to get caught eventually. I'd rather you get caught now then in one year after you have died of a drug overdose.

get somebody that you know well and get them to pee in a cup with a lid , take that cup with you to the bathroom when they ask you to do the test and pour the pee from your friends cup into your test cup wash your hands and give them the cup ....make sure that whoever you get to pee for you, you trust them cuz they could screw you over large ....good luck and bring rubber gloves
