No grenadine is always red. I think you would have to use food coloring for this because the green alcohols- Midori, Creme De Menthe, etc would greatly alter the taste of the beer.

Just a crazy suggestion... but you might try green food coloring. Grenadine is red because was made from pomegranates. I doubt you'll find it in green!

creme de menthe is green but i dont recommend that
use some green food coloring from the store
make sure is food grade and NOT easter egg dye

not grenadine you need to go to a cake shop and ask where they get the colourizer from they do all kinds of colours tastless.
