I like this boy . And I can't stop liking him. All can think about is him .just recently I walked by him and all friends were whispering ther she goes when I walked by but when I see him he does not give me eye contact. What should I do.

You definetly like him that for sure and nothings gonna change that......but he does give you eye contact? as in he'll wont even look you in the eye?
Most probably he might be shy due to the teasing of friends like you said.......If you feel he doesnt like you by giving you eye contact.....you could try going up to take to him and see whats his reaction and judge for yourself...

Say he's got an interesting profile, and offer to draw his charicature. If he says yes, go really wacky with it.
If you still like him after that, ask him who he's taking to the next dance, ask him what he thinks about your shoes etc.
Meanwhile, continue to do your work, other social things, etc. Find things to do to keep your head busy, and apply to things that you're likely to get (like a part time job), so that you can have something to do if you have to deal with rejection.

Just ignore him for now. Let him come to you if he likes you. It's ok to smile at him or wave but if you let him come to you then you know he likes you back and it is on his terms. If he is the shy type, you may want to approach him in person when he is alone and just ask if he would be interested in hanging out sometime. Best of luck to you.

its the same with me i like a guy and its just on and off on and off but i talk to him, flirt and get to know him it doesn't hurt to smile whenevery u see him or just say hi its a start theres nothing wrong with doing that u should try it it really works then you will know for sure if he likes you or not

Try to be very goody goody with him! Share your stuff with him and talk nicely. He will eventually start to love you!
