different affects for different people -- masturbation can make for a quick ejaculation -- hence you have a 2 min. man.
On the other hand(LOL, no pun intended) masturbation before penetration can make for a longer sensation. but usually the sexual act looses some feeling to him -- and he is just rocking now trying to get a feeling -- not even thinking of how it feels to you. So be careful.
