You are typical of the problem legal residents in the U.S. suffer from.. You so casually word your question.Actually you are admitting to a number of criminal offenses...1/intentionally overstaying your visa means you violated it's conditions, one of which was to leave voluntarily by it' expiration date..2/Your child was born in the U.S.,which means hospital, and birth records pertaining to the baby's parents, which requires much data, most likely was falsified, omitted or in some way manipulated {using false documents to verify your identity], all of which is another crime, 3/ You say you have a good paying job..which means your job application, employment records, etc., were also falsified...The list ting is not complete,4/Your employment requires payment of various taxes federal, state, etc. Your complacent, casual attitude, indicates arrogance, disrespect for laws, here and in your native country, all of which in my opinion could and should result in your arrest and prosecution to the full extent of the law,and then having served your sentence, you should be deported forcibly....

Your biological ability to produce a child in the United States will not prevent you from being arrested, detained, and deported. Your child, though a US citizen, will leave the US with you unless you can make other arrangements for proper care in the US.
Depending on the length of your overstay, you may be barred from returning to the US for up to ten years . When your child turns 21, he/she may elect to petition for you to come to the US as a Lawful Permanent Resident - I recommend being nice to your child if you wish to return to the US. Oh, and I see you mentioned you have a good paying job, so I am certain you paid for all of your medical expenses for delivering your US citizen child - the embassy will want to see the receipts when you reapply for admission to the US (you wouldn't want anyone to think that you would become a public charge).

100% chance you'll be deported. You can take the child with you or leave him with somebody who is legally in the United States.
The child can come back anytime unless he/she opts not to keep American citizenship upon becoming an adult. The child can petition you once he/she reaches the age of 21.
Having an anchor baby, or working illegally, carries no special status.
Best of luck.

If you were lucky enough to be an ambassador, you could stay, but your child would NOT be a citizen.
If you are from a NON-Latin American country, they'll have you out in a heartbeat.
I know of a lovely student from South Africa who had done everything legally and on the up and up. But her lawyer disappeared and failed to "timely" file some document.
In January, as she was about to graduate with honors, they tossed her 'egregious' butt in the can and deported her two weeks later. She'd been granted a full scholarship to Columbia Med.
However, if you can speak Spanish, refuse to speak English, dress like the girls of Piedras Negras, get really hammered on Tecate in the parking lot and use the facilities outside in broad daylight, I think you'll be just fine.
I know that sounds a bit tacky, but it's all true and everyone who's been driven out of their community by aliens and anchor babies knows it.

Having a kid in the US will not keep you from being deported. Haven't you seen the news about all the people being deported who leave their US citizen kids behind?

LOL Typical law-breaking scum. Why are people like you always trying to manipulate our governmental system in order to take advantage of our way of life?
Go back! If you want to be a citizen of this country then do it according to the law!

It's a good one. I guess you and your kid will have to leave. The kid can return once he is an adult.
