You can do what they call "limb lengthening." The doctor cracks your thigh and shin bones, then the bones are pulled apart as they heal so the new bone growth will result in longer legs. The doctor will cut holes through your muscle and bone to fit rods in. These rods fit into a brace that is cranked several times a day. This lengthens the bones by one millimeter each day.

This surgery results in both taller legs and unimaginable pain.

age. to a certain point. then you start to shrink. Those are the only things you can do aside from shoe lifts and geeky things like that. Sorry man.

drink milk, strech you legs alot (make sure you stretch them evenly though or youll get one leg longer then the other like me) and also this works very slowly but if you lay down more often you wont have gravity shrinking your height so much.

i dont thing you can make yourself taller because it is already predetermined in your dna from before you were born
