For example, just not being able to pronounce many words, especially those "r"s i have diffuculities pronouncing many words in both english and spanish, is there a way to get operated?

my son had a similar problem and was corrected by showing him, carefully not to offending him, the right way to say it!
i am a scientologist; if you have a scientology organisation near by, they will help you to overcome this problem!

I assume you've worked with a speech therapist. Maybe they can suggest a surgical solution.
