what about sipping vinegar after a meal? good, bad?

No. Not at all. The only way to keep fat from being stored is to minimize how much you eat, eat the right things....and exercise. Even the fat-blocking medications (which have the most God-awful side effects ) don't work very well---you have to control it yourself.

This is a complete myth. My mother is a nutritionist and I asked her about this a few days ago actually. There's no fact in it at all. People used to think that there was an acid in vinegar that would break down fats but in reality thats just not true. I'm sorry

I will drink a glass of h20 with 2 spoons honey and 2 spoons apple cider vinegar before meals in order to lose weight

never heard of that i heard drinking a teaspoon of vinegar will get rid of acid reflux or indegestion
