It may well be that your aunt had an experience which was, in her mind, very real. It may well be that your aunt is convinced of the reality of this experience.
Whether we eat a piece of cake or talk to God, the brain operates the same way, and perceives the neurological activity that creates the experience as constituting reality.

She was not visited by Isaiah in person. It is possible for whatever reason,that she could have had a vision from God.
I would need to hear her tesimony to judge it's validity.

Demons CAN appear as angels of light.

she may have seen someone... as to who it may have been, i don't know... but children can see much more than we can... our 'maturity' seems to limit our spiritual vision....
I long to have the faith of a child.. pure and unscathed by the world we live in

but know of other people who have had such visions .. and i trust them totally
one of them was my aunt who was with another when she had hers
