I recommend a mixture of Irish cream, heavy cream, mint liquor and a drop of chocolate syrp and green food coloring. You can garnish with four leaf clovers or mint leaves.

Jameson is for people from Southern Ireland and Bushmills for those from the North ( according to my boyfriend- God knows if that's true).
As for Irish drinks, I don't know many but you can make green martinis
INGREDIENTS:
1 oz gin
1 tsp crème de menthe, green
2 dashes bitters
PREPARATION:
Pour the ingredients into a shaker with ice cubes.
Shake well.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
or something called Irish Eyes that sounds gross to me, but hey, lots of people like it.
INGREDIENTS:
1 oz Irish whiskey
1/4 oz crème de menthe, green
2 oz cream
maraschino cherry for garnish
PREPARATION:
Pour the ingredients into a shaker with ice cubes.
Shake well.
Strain into an old-fashioned glass.
Garnish with the maraschino cherry.
