Yes I do, but only to my mom or sister. I think that using the phone while driving is a much more serous offense. no one ever died of embarrassment, but many have been hurt or killed by cell phone preoccupied drivers.

No, I don't talk on the phone, in the bathroom. Yes, I have heard other people doing it and no not the death penalty but, extremely rude.

There is a time and a place for everything.....talking on the phone while using the bathroom is yucky.

If I think someone's talking to me while they're in the bathroom I hang up.

Yes, often, and I take the phone in with me in case there's an incoming call. On several occasions I've talked to somebody on the phone when we were both doing number 2.

I depends on who you are talking to. If i'm at home and talking to my mom or my aunt, sure, I talk on the phone while I go to the bathroom. They do it to me too, and I'm ok with that. Would I do it anywhere other than home? Probably not. Would I do it while talking to someone who I wouldn't go to the bathroom in front of, if they were in the room? No.

I use it in my own bathroom, but never in a public one. I absolutely hate it when you're doing your thing and someone is like "Hi mom! How are you doing?" It sounds like they have someone else in the stall with them.

I do this all the time. I see more and more people talking on their phones in men's rooms.
Phones are everywhere... why not just get used to it?

I think it's weird, no matter where. The other person can hear funny noises. Besides, talking can interfere with your trying to solve your constipation problem.
