No unfortunately not. There used to be a helicopter service from Penzance to Isle of Scilly but I believe that stopped some time ago. Best you can do is Air Southwest from Gatwick to Plymouth and then I think it will be road and ferry from there.

No. You HAVE to get the train or coach to Penzance and then get a flight on a hellicopter or small plane across - and even then it's expensive. The cheapest way is to get the ferry across.
