By my definition...pretty much. That is, unless you were too drunk to use better judgement in which case you'd be a lush. Either way, you'd be anything but girlfriend material to allow some guy to do you in the bathroom of a club. You'd also be a very "cheap" date. You can pretty much count on the fact that he's probably bragged to all his friends about the encounter.
In all seriousness, I'm not saying it to be judgemental or nasty to you. I just want you to know how men generally think of women who would stoop to such a level.
Basically, I'm just giving you an honest answer to your question.
