Hawaii is good. There's several of them, such as Oahu, the "Big" Island, Maui, Kauai, or Molokai. I live on one of them, and it's pretty warm year round. The beaches are nice, and the people there are really friendly. Just watch out for jellyfish! The coldest it usually gets during the winter is, say, low 70's, high 60's. Not too bad, pretty comfortable.

Any island in the southern hemisphere. The seasons are reversed there. So the Philippines, figi, indonesia, Maldives, cook islands etc.
