Actually drinking 4 quarts of water a day may decrease belly fat because drinking water uses calories about 200 a quart I've heard.

It gives you a belly the day you drink it. You're stomach gets bloated. THe next day it's smaller again, though.

I drink about 4 gallons a day and I'm bloated at night, but in the morning I feel skinnier..

NOOOO!! where did you get that idea? i mean ya if you drink a gallon of water in one sitting youll be very full but youll peee all of it out right away. water helps you from retaining water because you retain water when your body thinks it isnt getting enough. but dont drink like 10 gallons a day or youll die :-/

anything you eat or drink appears to have an inflative effect on your belly, but in an hour or tow it will shrink, thats why you should stick to water , and chew food properly so it gets absorbed faster =)
