First off, my GOD a female thats having a male problem! I'd love to know how to tell a girl I like her in a foolproof way.
The fact is that we guys pick up on the smallest things that women do. You touch your hair, your fliring, you smile at us too much, your flirting. etc etc etc Sad but true.
As a girl your in the winning seat already. Any guy will be flattered to hear a girl say she likes him. Even if he doesnt exactly fancy her or is looking for anyone.
The flirting stuff may work but could just slide off him because of what I said above. Most of us have come to ignore flirting because were not sure its aimed at us. If you get me?
My suggestion: Pick a moment when your alone (some guys crap themselves around their mates and will act up) and just ask him on a date. Simple as that. Its hard to do but you will get your answer without all the does he doesnt he stuff. Dont worry about rejection. Most guys will be so flattered that they will, if they dont say yes, say no in the nicest way.

As a guy, i happen to know we are all completely oblivious to such things as to when a girl likes us or why she is mad etc.
easier to just tell him, you know, with words and the like.

Try this, it always seem to get the point across:
open your mouth and TELL HIM!!!!!!!!!!!!
there is no trick to this, you may be afraid of rejection maybe is the real issue here. Just shake it off and do it.
