i'm a surgical intern.
i think it's your gallbladder. gallbladder pain occurs in the right upper quadrant under your right breast bone and pain may refer to the back shoulder. it's a shooting pain that most of my female patients describe as being worst than labor. the pains usually start after meals and most severely after dinner.
most of my patients identify the pain in association with food such as salty foods, foods high in grease and raw veggies.

go see a general surgeon and ask for some tests such as a gallbladder emptying study, a abdominal ultrasound, and a CT scan as well.
these tests sound be more than enough to start making sense of things. when you find a general surgeon, find one that specializes in laparoscopy.. because if it is your gallbladder and you need surgery.. laparoscopy will cut your recovery time in half.

oh and this does occur a lot in pregnant women. after your child is born, consider surgery.

best of luck~
