Well, the Realtor I used when I moved out west and to Las Vegas was Phil Scheinman. I found him through his website which is

He's a real nice guy and very, very easy to work and deal with. He set me right up with my dream home and didn't pressure me into any hasty decisions, which is what anyone would want in a Realtor.

don't use any of those 3rd party sites or "link farms". you search the mls directly here:
