Pretty much every martial art has strikes or kicks as techniques. But, they won't be very kind to your computer. Try a hammer, makes more of a mess. Great stress relief also. Or try a different section to ask this question in.

It was down for a while... I had to re-load mine and in a few hours it worked fine. Just be patient or email them from another account about it. Thats the sucky thing with free accounts... they are free for a reason.

this question doesn't go in martial arts section unless you wanted instructions on where to kick your computer to get it to work.
