my girlfriend of two and a half years said to me 3 days ago that she thinks of me more like a best friend of her brother. What does she mean by this. we have been split for a week and i still love her with all my heart. she did the split saying she needed time to find out if she really loved me and she says she needed space

three days before she wanted the split she said she loved my and emails me while i am at work. then one day when i picked her up she says she wanted a break. so now i am willing to give her space but i want to try to get back with her because the love that we shared 1 month ago was stonger than ever

i dont want to stalk her and i wont. i work on the night crew so i can understand how the romance had dwindle away. but when she broke it off she said we shouldnt go out on dates because that is leading me on to thinking that we WILL get back together. i am really involved with her family so it is kind of hard to not see her often

I means that she has started to think of you as her friend and a brother. It means that for whatever reason she is no longer attracted to you in a bf and gf kind of way. She still cares for you but only as a friend. Good luck.

Taking space is never good and telling you you are like a brothers friend also isn't good. She wants out and doesn't know how to break it to you. Sorry.

sometimes the romance & sex dwindle off and your girlfriend probably felt it to maybe you hadnt noticed, a girl likes to feel her man thinks she is the sexiest woman to him and she is special. were you negleting her, if so romance her all over again, keep that spark going, date and woo her all over again, but if she's not interested then back off don't stalk ! wishing you luck you obviously think a lot of her
