I have an old lamb cake mold. When I used a pound cake recipe, the cake never filled up the top side. Not even close and I filled the cake mold up to the top of the bottom side.
What is the secret?

My mother-in-law has tried for years, and has never gotten it right - it seems to get more pathetic each year, and it's always so dry it's inedible anyway. It's a joke for us, last year it didn't really even have a head!

Just don't do anything and try to get anything the lamb likes.For example:food pillow and many crazy things.
