Could I still have anemia if I eat meat? I have meat maybe every day, or more. But then again, I don't eat ANY type of vegetable except corn, potatoes, and carrots. Basically, I don't eat anything green.

It was suggested that I have Anemia, so I'm just wondering.
thanks for the help!

Anemia is not only caused by not eating red meat... some forms are because our bodies can not use the iron we recieve.

It is something that should be checked by a blood test... go see a Dr and find out for sure...

Vitamin B12 and folic acid are needed to make red blood cells, so it's important to get enough of these nutrients in your diet.
What kind of meat are you eating? Red meat is the richest and best-absorbed source of iron.
It's possible to still have it despite eating meat. Check out this link.
