An excess of sleep (6pm on) woke me at 3 and 4, but I persevered until the alarm went off at the usual 5:15.

I have a natural alarm clock..my own body..my eyes just seem to pop open at 4:00 AM..but when I roll into bed at 4:00 AM (which is not like me..but blame it on coffee icecream from starbucks)....my darling dog daughter (golden retriever) nosed me to my nose..and woke me up at 8:00 AM to go out!

Usually the Holy Spirit wakes me before the alarm. (I hate alarms and prayed to wake up before it jangels.) But this morning it was the sound of my 6 yo throwing up. We did not have a fun morning....
(He's OK now.)
