Put the paralyzed parakeet in a seperate cage. If he is not able to feed himself' you should think of having him euthanized.

your parakeet may have lead or heavy metal poisoning check birds droppings if bloody then it needs urgent treatment. I had a sun conure that had recently died from same condition the death was from chewing on bottom of lace curtain that contained lead weights. It was the cruelist death. When we realised what had happened we rushed her to the vet but she began to have fits and was paralyzed in the feet the vet gave her injections immediatley but it was too late. So take my advise seek help quickly and also check the others.

get him into a separate cage. Make sure that all food and water dishes are accessible to him. Give him some bars to climb on, low to the ground.

Euthanasia might be kindest before he starts to suffer more. The paralysis is probably caused by some internal tumor, which might be more painful than the sciatia itself. Sorry :(

You will have to separate them; birds do pick on disabled members of the flock. They can still communicate, especially if they are in the same room.
Good luck.
