I need date advice, please help?

Ok there is this guy i really like and i asked him if he wanted to do something over easter cause otherwise we wouldnt c each other for a month
anyways now i dont know what to do. i dont want it to look too much like a date (like a fancy resturant) and i just wana do something fun. so suggestions please.
and also what do i talk about? i hate those uncomfortable silences. ( and i know the whole "the silence just means that u both care so much about what to say because u dnot want to say the wrong thing, it just means that he likes u" thing and well firstly im not to sure about that and i need suggestions not some lines someone once said) I know, not well but the basics like "whats ur job, hobbies, and stuff" has been said so please help.
by the way, i´ve never had a date before so just be yourself wont do as myself hasnt been in that situation so i wont to know what u would do and say. and yes i am old enough (16)

goto a park or downtown,talk to him about things that happend to you,try funny things that happend to you,just talk,be urself,hope it goes well
