around 120 to 165. I'm 13, my B'day is december 26 and I weigh 165 ibs. But the funny thing is, i'm not fat. When I look at my stomach in the mirror, there's no curve that goes out like with fatter or chubi people. Mine is fairly muscular ( i'm a kid so no abs or real amount of muscle ) and somewhat flat. I'm also wicked tall too, around 5'10. It can depend with factors not just fat, but also muscle tone, bone mass, metabolism, height, etc. Your gentics have a lot to do with it too. Also your amount of physical activity. I walk about a little over a mile to school and I do isometrics to keep my body in shape, however my endurance can be better.

To tone your abs I would do a couple of hundred of sit ups each day. It's not one of those things where I say it works and it doesn't. It works. I'm not sure how fast it can burn fat but it can definately give you a 6 pak. My sister does sit ups and when I saw her and she almost had a 6. She used to be huge.

Good luck!
