I can't find this anywhere! Does anyone know the recipe to this hors d'ouver? What is the cheese mixed with before covering the grape - or are they grape tomatoes? They were so tasty at the art gallery we went to last night. Amazing. Please help!

This recipe blows people away! They can't figure out how you get the grape in the middle of the cheese! HAHA!

I use bleu cheese combined with cream cheese, but you could substitute the goat cheese. I roll them in crushed pistachios too. You could really roll them in any crushed nut you want. It makes it less messy for people to handle too.

Ingredients
8 ounces Philadelphia brand cream cheese
2 ounces bleu or goat cheese
2 tablespoons heavy cream
1 lb green and/or red seedless grapes
10 ounces chopped nuts

Method
Combine cream cheese, bleu or goat cheese, and cream in a bowl, and beat with an electric mixer until smooth. Drop clean, dry grapes into the cheese mixture and gently stir by hand to coat them. Then roll them in the toasted nuts and put on a tray lined with wax paper. Chill until ready to serve.
