My sister is having her sweet 16 in july 2007, we had both plan to place my daugther in her court since she was in my belly. Now that the time has come its a little hard because we dont seem to find another boy that is as big as my daugther. so i suggested that she puts my daugther as a flower girl...but i dont know if it would look right...its not a wedding after all but hey, she really wants her to be in the court...help please

Is ths by chance for a quince court? If so, isnt the point of the court to do a bunch of dances? I dont think you dadughter would be able to do the dances unless she has a partner or a little boy and since you dont have this, it may not be possible to have her in the court.
Put her in a frilly dress, she will love it. your sister can take a special picture with her, but I dont think having her as a "flower girl" would be the best of ideas, where would she throw the flowers? Keep that honor for when your sister gets married.

for a birthday party I am not even sure how that would go. I've never heard of a court being part of the sweet 16 party. If she's doing something special that includes all family and friends in a special event.
good luck

My cousin did something like that but she had one from every age group. if it means alot to you and your sister... then who cares what people say... DO IT! your daughter will have tons of fun and experiance in something new. Your sister will have a 16th birthday party only once. I bet having your daughter in her court would be a great present... have fun P.S. if you dont find a male mate for your daughter, let her have fun dancing with everyone...

is a brithday party for a 16 year old, not a wedding, so why would your daughter be in her court?

This is the wedding section your question has nothing to do with wedding and it doesn't make any sense.

Weddings can have a FG without a RB. There is no problem with it.
