What are those white small marks on my finger nails?

I have these small white dots/marks on all my finger nails? what are they...????

Nothing to be concerned about. They are caused from small trauma to your nails or nail bed. They will grow out and disappear.
they are like a bruise but only white

They are a sign of mineral deficiency usually zinc- get a good multimineral tablet from your friendly health food shop or supermarket and watch your white spot free nails grow ...
