I'm 21. Between the ages of 18 and 19, I drank heavily every night. For some reason, drinking would cause me to wake up early the next day. So, i would only sleep about 4 to 6 hours a night, right after drinking. I would wake up the next day with brain fog which would slowly wear off as the day went on. Eventually, the brain fog kept lasting longer and longer throughout the day, until it was there all day. I kept drinking and missing sleep. Now I have not drank for 5 months, and i get brain fog when ever i:
go on the computer
play guitar
or play video games.
The brain fog lasts almost all day or until i do something for a few hours that doesn't involve sitting or focusing.
Very late at night I can do these activities without getting brain fog.
It's horrible. These were all my favorite things to do before I got this terrible problem. Do you have or have had this problem? Did you get better? I've been sober for 5 months and I haven't seen any noticeable improvement. PLEASE HELP!

See your family doctor you may have done yourself some serious damage from drinking. I don't advise you to let this go and assume it will fade on it's own.

i conflict by way of an analogous undertaking. i moved to a distinctive state and that's been 9 months now, and that i've got been feeling the effect of the loneliness. now that I also have a chum who takes me to social occassions, i can not look to function generally around those strangers. no longer purely have i lost social qualifications, yet I even have thoroughly lost activity in bobbing up relationships. what keeps me from going definitely insane is that i'm forcing myself to do those issues that i do no longer unavoidably experience like doing. in case you know you have been as quickly as an lively and relaxing loving guy or woman, that's going to all come back to you as quickly as you get your self back into the traditional swing of life which you used to stay. your mindset will no longer replace in case you do no longer undertaking your self.
