My bar in the club is a very fun atmoshpere. I like it like that. I go to have fun and provide fun. From spraying my coworkers with water to silly string and back to giving out free shots off the bar. Now my question is if I spray you with water or if you just happen to get wet as a result of friendly fire, are you going to get mad knowing that's what you can expect at my bar. There are other bars in the club who don't do any of these things. I just figure they can go there if there worried about it.

If I went there knowing that this sort of thing went on, and I spent most of my time sitting at the bar, then I wouldn't have any right to get mad. Knowing this, I'd send my husband to the bar to get the drinks and I'd stay at a table. :)
If it was my first time there and I had no idea that this would happen and I became sprayed with water, then yes--I'd probably be angry. Especially if I had plans later in the evening and I didn't want to go there soaking wet.

Hi there,if I were going to meet some guy for a drink at a bar,I would no doubt dress in something nice.I'd do my make up and spray on perfume.If some guy came along and sprayed water on me I'd be very pissed off.Some times cloths have to be dry cleaned.And in some materials you can have water marks that won't come out.Now don't get me wrong I would have a blast at your club....but maybe you might want to post a notice saying beware of water fights.Best of luck with your club.

Have all the fun you want. Spray the silly string. Enjoy yourself. It makes your job interesting, increases your tips and makes for a positive work atmosphere.
But I wouldn't spray the people with water - especially females. We tend to spend a lot of time getting ready for a club and it would be highly irritating to me if my mascara suddenly started running down my face!

Is that the bar policy or your policy? If you anger the wrong person, you may get in trouble with your boss.
I personally would not spend a lot of time at your bar if I had to worry about getting wet or messed up. It takes a lot of hard work for a girl to dress up for the bar.

I worked as a bartender for years too,.. At a sports bar we would spray the supporters of the opposing team, or eachother.
At a nightclub, I think it is inappropriate because people go to look good.
I would be pissed if I got sprayed at a nightclub, but at least only a small amount of water.
Why would you want people to go to other bars!,.. you should take all thier money! know who is OK with it and entertain them with that., learn other tricks for the other guests!

Soooo, you give away shots? Of alcohol? I am pretty sure that is illegal.
Other than that, I would think that you worked at Chuck E. Cheese, not a club for adults. No I would not want to get sprayed with anything, dressy clothes usually require dry cleaning, and are not cheap. I think you are too goofy public consumption.

If it was an accident . no I wouldn't get angry/mad.
I have never heard of a bar that lets a worker spray people and do silly string..

Keep doing everything. It sounds really fun. I don't know about the whole water thing. But I guess if you do it all the time people should know what to expect. If its not an all the time thing don't do it.

As long as I'm not new to the bar and know to expect this behavior, I'm not getting mad. If I'm new and I've spent the time to get all dolled up and I get wet, I'm gonna be pissed.
