creepy cuz what if u r dating a "girl" but then turns out it is a guy or a drag??

I wouldn't want to meet someone online because their could molesters, rapist, or serial killers. My friend once did online dating and she went and met the guy later that night her mom calls and asks if she is at my house i told her no. Well they sent a search party and they found her in the groves half alive. Earlier that day i told her not to go but she still did. Now she listens to me and others. Just think before you do something or it could cost you. If you have a weird feeling then don't go always listen to your instincts.

As long as you meet the other person (in a very safe, public place) shortly after making "e-contact", it's cool. I think the internet is a great place to be introducted to people, but the real meeting/dating happens offline.
As far as "online dating" involving chatting/emailing with someone across the country who you haven't even met...yeah, no thanks. That's not dating, that's virtual reality (which is very different from reality!).

Be very careful. I once met up with someone I met online and he was a total nut job. He kind of attacked me and wouldn't let me out of his house! If you do go ahead and meet someone, do it in a busy public place!

Creepy...I think you should be able to go out and meet people, rather then sit at home and meet someone througha computer. GO OUT and socialize!!!!

creepy ive done it b4, and then i realized how stupid it was and then i asked myself why love someone that your never gonna meet in your life, its better to find a real date, than date someone who your never gonna see w/ your eyes...

i wouldn't say it is bad or good because there could be stalkers or there could be good people too, so all i would say is that just be careful with who you talk to
