She can't do anything to get him deported. But, given the history above, it looks like he's done a real good job of that himself. Three of those things you said are deportable and/or lead to ten year bars to entering the U.S.--violating the terms of a visa, entering into a false marriage, and entering into a marriage solely to acquire immigration benefits. Some of those things may well bar him for life. She should file for a divorce (or annulment), and just get rid of him.

Yes, She can withdraw his application stating the same reason(he got married only to become a citizen)the court will see it as fraud and he will automatically get deported..

Are you from this country? I take it you might not be by how you struggle to spell and write in English. Why not marry the poor guy, he probably needs a job. America's booming economy is challenged by none other in the world, we can afford to take care of all the world's needy.

Yes they will send him home, the person who married him should divorce him on the claim of marriage of convience, after she divorces him she needs to report him to home land security as a failure to comply with deportation. either way devorce his *** and ask the judge for a restraing order if he dosent go back where he came from then when he violates the restraining order he will be arrested and then deported. Good Luck

If she wants to help him get deported, she can write a letter to immigration asking to withdraw the application she filed for him. It is her application, she can take it away anytime.

Report the jerk to US Immigration. We have enough jerks of our own.

I feel so bad for her. I'm sure this is more common that we realize. She may love the jerk.
