Anybody watch it recently? I've got the series on disc. I love all the eastern philosophy lessons. Anyone else?

sho-nuff: agreed. The role should have gone to Bruce Lee as intended. The martial arts is about the least entertaining part of the show.

LMAO!

Good to take a break from all that religious bashing, huh?

Cheers!

Some good concepts come from the eastern philosophy

Haven't watched it in a while but I keep seeing the Kung Fu dude in Yellow Book commercials

I love most of the newer stuff coming out of China. Special effects are great and they do a really good job of intertwining philosophy in with the plot.

Hero with Jet Li was really good and definitely worth renting.

Well, I watched Walker, Texas Ranger this morning... he's big into the karate.

Yes, I actually did watch that show. Sad, I know. It's because that's what's on channel 28 whenever I turn on the TV in the morning. My "turn on" channel is 28 and I don't bother searching for anything else to watch. Besides, my son thinks the show is funny.

My girlfriend watches it frequently, and thinks the lessons imparted by David Carradine are quite deep. I understand there's a new movie coming out based on the series.
