chicken is great for diets! as well as fish! but if you're eating to lose weight, you would do better by eating 5-6 times a day with small portions than 2 times a day with larger portions. by doing this you will increase your metabolism and lose more weight

What exactly do you mean "strong strict diet"? Are you on a diet to lose weight? The best way would not to do it by eating one or two times a day, but to split up your meals into several smaller ones throughout the day to sustain blood sugar levels.
If that is all you're eating, I would say don't leave out the chicken, otherwise you will not have any protein in your diet at all. You can however, switch between the chicken and tuna.. I do recommend adding some variety as well. You'll get bored of this diet fast!

Chicken without the skin is good. May also include broiled fish, tuna and salmon. Canned is fine, is full of good things for your body. Can also put some on your salad and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil mixed with vinegar, a bit of salt/pepper to taste. Need to add some fruit with your cereal in the morning or as a snack. Can eat as much of the above items as ya want as they are really low cal. Do some reading as to low-cal, and quality foods.

Chicken is fine, but I really suggest you eat more through out the day. You are ruining your body's natural metabolism by only eating that small amount of food. Eventually it is not going to work anymore, and if you ever start eating more than that, you will gain weight. You should eat small meals throughout the day, with breakfast being the largest of all meals. It is not healthy to deprive your body of the nutrients it needs.

Actually the tuna would be better as fish oils are very good for both loosing weight and for your brain chemistry.
What type of cereral are you eating? Oatmeal is the best.
Also, don't forget to eat some fruit as well.

You may want to rotate between fish and chicken, so you won't get burnt out. Both are good sources of protein when dieting.

yes... chicken is good. you can probably eat any white meat.. my dad can eat any white meat on his diet but not red meat. just stick to white meat, fish, and tuna and those types of things. and keep lots of protein in your body.

Yes chicken is good diet food. Don't eat the thighs and remove the skin.because these parts do have fat.
