First of all it would be impossible and your body would force you to sleep.
But if it were you would lose too much energy and eventually die from exhaustion.
Your body wouldnt function properly and you would have trouble with breathing , heart problems and many other things due to the lack off energy.
If you could keep your eyes open you would go blind.
So I wouldnt advise trying.
The longest someone has ever stayed up is a week and a bit.

I have a friend who almost never sleeps.
He went 11 days straight without sleep.
He went totally psychotic.... bought some guns and pointed them at the police.
They put him in a mental hospital.

You would have to stimulate yourself to continually stay awake it would be impossible to do by will alone. With unnatural stimulants you can overdose, go into shock, break into a psychotic state or die.
