Im not at all fat, but i do have that tiny fat pouch, and it needs to go, ive done alot to get rid of it, buts its taking to long with the work im putting in to it, what are some fat burners, good foods, belly creams, any thing to get my dream abs!!

2 months ago I started mesotherapy. Which is a series of micro-injections of vitamins that are injected into your problem areas. This is used for weight loss and body sculpting to reduce, eliminate and contour specific undesired fat pockets. As of Mid January I've lost 15 lbs, plus inches off my waist, hips, bust and arms. I have them done every month. And so far have been very pleased at the change my body is going through.

i dance to get my stomach... its fun. Just go dancing with your friends or while listening to your fav. music infront of your mirror. it will be gone in like two weeks.
