It refers to a footnote on the bottom left of the corner of the invitation. Depending in the style of your invitation and/or invitation wording, there may not be enough space for a corner copy. The corner copy is often used to provide further information on attire (i.e., black tie requested) or reception information (i.e., reception to follow...).

in case your ordering your invites from a save like I did, my greatest tip may be to bypass the coated inner envelopes (until eventually the fee is coated in the price of the invitation). also, in all honesty, sure there are lots and many beautiful invites, yet in all chance the pertinent options will be ripped off the invite and some thing else tossed in the garbage. in undemanding words you and per chance your close relatives will save the invitation as a souvenir. What i'm retaining is...a three dollar invitation will be basically as attractive as a 8 dollar one and also you'll save a lot of money. I desire someone had given me this recommendation earlier I spent $2,500 on invites! do not ignore to operate the fee of postage and calligraphy (if you're having that finished)...I did.

Don't list any information on the invitation regarding attire unless the event is black tie. Also, even though many companies suggest this, do not use this area to write anything about gifts or a gift registry. Get a copy of a good wedding etiquette such as Emily Post's Etiquette, to help you while planning.

"Left Corner Copy" means that they will put the Reception information in the left hand bottom corner of the invitation - like a reception card, only less expensive.

usually it means that you can include additional information at the bottom left corner. sometimes people want to say include some info for certain invitees and not for the others, this is where you put this info.
most people would just include separate card for the information.

It's the reception information. Don't self-deprecate like that; it's not attractive.
